The Artistry mini-series is a celebration of the craft and creativity of whisky makers, complemented by visuals that fittingly match with the character of the whisky in each release.
The first release, a Glenrothes at 140 proof is one of just two single malt scotch whisky bottled at such proof in history. Yet, with the typically fruity and elegant distillate character of Glenrothes, this whisky is set to deliver an explosion of flavors like never before.

Nose: A lot going on here. Starting with dates, then moving onto mature oak. Comforting- like a worn leather recliner. This is undoubtedly a complex whisky.
Palate: Explosion of flavors. Dark chocolate, side-by-side with an espresso. Don’t forget the fruits though, are you tasting fresh oranges and some candies? How about the dates that you were chewing earlier… With a drop of water, turn this into a milk chocolate sensation.
Finish: Long, dark chocolate, herbs, and a little ash surfaces.

Glenrothes has distilled elegant Speyside malt in the town of Rothes since 1879. The distillery sits beside the Burn of Rothes and draws exceptionally soft spring water from private estate sources. Its whisky has long matured almost exclusively in custom-seasoned sherry casks, a house decision that lends signature layers of ripe fruit, vanilla and gentle spice.
Ten tall copper stills (five wash, five spirit) run at a deliberately slow pace, giving a light yet textured spirit ideal for long sherry ageing. Annual capacity is about 5.2 million liters, and production remains small-team and flavor-driven rather than volume-led.
